THE supply official of Kalibo, Aklan travels almost every month and charges everything to the municipal government even though her purpose of travelling is private and personal.
Last June 8, she flew to Manila for a six-day official travel. Purpose?
To get the patrol boat donated by BFAR. The problem is, the donation was already signed and acknowledged by Mayor Raymar. What else she would do there when male personnel and two police officers were already assigned to man the boat to the shores of Kalibo?
Would she act as boat receptionist during the wavy journey? We wonder why the secretary to the mayor immediately prepared her papers and approved the travel documents knowing that the lady is notoriously undesirable.
